Event Organizer shall perform the Event Services under the sole direction and with the approval of the Company. This agreement may be extended under the same terms by mutual agreement between Event Organizer and the Company.ģ. The term of this Agreement shall commence as of the date hereof and shall be effective a period of 1 year (the Term). Event Organizer shall have the right to retain all revenues from the sales of advertising, tickets and cover charges referenced in this Section 1.Ģ. Event Organizer shall have the right to cancel an event scheduled on an Event Day by providing to the Company a minimum of notice not less than four weeks prior to the start of a scheduled event on an Event Day. Once the Company agrees to schedule an event on an Event Day, the Company shall not have any right to terminate the occurrence of the event on the Event Day.
Sell tickets and cover charges to customers for admission to an event on an Event Day at the Event Location Sell advertising at the Event Location and Promote the Event Days in order to attract customers to the Companys business location in Tallinn, Estonia (the ∾vent Location) Event Organizer shall provide DJ event organizational and promotion services to the Company, which shall include:Īrranging and paying for a DJ(s) and/or a music band(s) to play at the club on days (∾vent Days) and hours agreed to part the Parties NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the covenants, agreements and obligations set forth herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereby covenant and agree as follows:ġ. Event Organizer agrees to be engaged and retained by the Company upon the terms and conditions set forth herein.
The Company desires to be assured of the association and services of Event Organizer and to avail itself of Event Organizers experience, skills, abilities, knowledge and background to advise the Company with respect to music event organizing at music clubs and nightclubs, and is therefore willing to engage Event Organizer upon the terms and conditions set forth herein andī. The Company and Event Organizer shall collectively be referred to herein as the Parties.Ī. EVENT SERVICES AGREEMENT (this ∺greement) is entered into as of December 6, 2013, by and between Ibiza OU, a limited liability company duly existing under the laws of Estonia, formerly known as ∽reaminvest OU (the ∼ompany), and Sarvik Corp., a Nevada, USA, corporation (the ∾vent Organizer).
